We train many young men and women every year and often come across some with the potential to be excellent software developers. The best way for them to realise that potential is to put in practice in a real work environment what they have learnt in our classroom. This is also beneficial to the host company because it gives them access to potential recruits.

Internships may run for any length of time and will not normally cost the participating companies any money. However we ask that they at least cover the cost of the interns' transportation to and from their workplace. Our second requirement is that the interns must be allowed to work fully or mostly in the relevant sections: eg as web or software developers. We will not send our students to companies that fail to give them the chance to advance their software skills.
